A Symphony for a Common Man
The new film directed by José Joffily had its national premiere in the feature film competition at the Festival É Tudo Verdade!, where it received the Honorable Mention from the Jury and the award for Best Editing. The film's international premiere took place at the Hot Docs main show in Toronto, Canada. The European premiere took place in November, at IDFA, the Amsterdam International Documentary Festival. The film recently received the Jury's Special Mention at the Millenium Festival 2024, in Brussels.
Produced by Isabel Joffily, the film is a partnership between Coevos, GloboNews, Globo Filmes and Canal Brasil.

The artist Rubens Gerchman and his generational companions were able to transform our Brazilian and Latin American precariousness into a value in itself. The film seeks to navigate this ideal.
Directed by Pedro Rossi, it had its national premiere (Brazil) in the feature film competition at the It's All True! Festival.
